Why does 123cards change the capital letters to lowercase in the email address I have entered?
Email addresses are not case-sensitive. Whether or not you capitalize the email or parts of it, it will not have any effect on the delivery of your ecard. It has long been a common practice in online industry to display email addresses with lowercases for ease. Therefore, when sending an ecard, our system will automatically change any entered capital letters to lowercase.
