I have been told, that I have a Do Not Disturb tag attached to my email, so cards sent to me are being blocked. I did not authorise this. Can you remove the tag?
It seems that you are confusing us with a different ecards site. We do not add Do Not Disturb labels to email addresses. Please try to send an ecard again from this website.
