I paid for a Premium card, but I was charged an additional international transaction fee. Why?
Our head office is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. For payments on our site, we use an internationally acclaimed payment system Stripe. Most banks do not charge extra for international transactions, but some do. Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of the specific costs applied on some occasions by some banks and have no influence on it. If you have been charged an international transaction fee by your bank, please contact us using the contact form below, and we'll refund it to you.
